The Ivory Coast international, who moved to Persepolis last summer in the hope of revitalizing his career, has failed to live up to expectations. The Iranian club are already working to terminate the player's contract, which runs until 2026.

Unable to contribute to the scoring, he failed to be a key figure in the defense of the Tehran giants. As of now, Persepolis are currently second in the league behind Sepahan.
