Bridge will be built
Rasmus Ankersen, the Danish president of the Yellow-Red team, will build a bridge between Southampton, who have been relegated from the Premier League, and GözGöz through Sports Republic, a company in which he owns majority shares like Göztepe.
Ankersen, who plans to bring many stars from the Island team to Izmir in this direction, will bring another star in the midfield to Göztepe after left-back Ryan Manning.
He is interested in the transfer
The Yellow Reds are also reportedly interested in English footballer Joe Aribo, who has Nigerian nationality. The 28-year-old London-born footballer, who has a contract with the English club for one more year but is not interested in playing in the Championship, is said to be interested in playing for the Izmir representative.
