'I WILL LEAVE ATHENS'
Panathinaikos was defeated by Olimpia Milano 87-74 in the 20th EuroLeague game of the week. Speaking about the game, head coach Ergin Ataman said:
"Last night in the stands I heard that some people lost confidence in the team and the coach. These things are normal, this is sport. The past is the past. Therefore, we need to move forward. I just want to say that I have a lot of confidence in my players and in this team, so I want to take another important challenge. As you know, I have one more year left on my contract. However, if we don't win the EuroLeague or the Greek League at the end of the season, I will leave Athens. That's it."
