With critical matches in the Super Lig and Champions League ahead, Osimhen’s injury news caused some concern at Galatasaray. However, a striking claim has been made regarding the star forward.

Typically expected to be sidelined for 2-3 weeks, new details about Osimhen’s injury have emerged. According to a report in Takvim, after the MRI, Dr. Yener İnce held a meeting with the Nigerian star. In this conversation, İnce reportedly said, "It seems like your injury won’t heal in a short period. The derby against Fenerbahçe is on December 1, and it looks tough for you to be ready for that match."

In response, Osimhen’s answer caught attention. The 26-year-old striker reportedly told İnce, "No matter what, I will play in the derby," expressing his strong desire not to miss the Fenerbahçe match.
