The 33-year-old has not played for the Brazilian national team since 2023 due to injuries.

After playing for Barcelona in Spain and Paris Saint-Germain in France, the star footballer transferred to Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal in August 2023.

Neymar, who signed for Al Hilal for an astronomical transfer fee and salary, missed a year in October 2023 due to a cruciate ligament and meniscus injury he suffered in the national team.

Neymar, who returned to Santos at the beginning of this year, injured his left leg in the first half of their match against Atletico MG in the Brazilian Serie A last April and left the field in tears in the 34th minute, pointing to the bench.
