National team claim for Jürgen Klopp

John Arne Riise, one of the most memorable left-backs in Liverpool's history, has made important statements about the next stop in Jürgen Klopp's coaching career after bidding farewell to Anfield. Riise believes the German manager would prefer a national team to a club team if he were to return to the field.

Stating that he doesn't think Klopp will return to the intense club tempo, Riise said:

"If Klopp returns to the world of football, I think it will be as a national team manager somewhere. I don't think he will be a club manager again. I think he would love to take charge of the England national team at some point in his career."
