Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated hosts Cyprus 91-64 and Greece defeated Italy 75-66.
In Group D, Israel defeated Iceland 83-71 and France beat Belgium 92-64. Host Poland, on the other hand, was able to outlast EuroBasket 2017 champion Slovenia 105-95.
