Qatar National Football Team has appointed Julen Lopetegui as manager. The agreement was officially announced in the statement made by the federation.

“Spanish coach Julen Lopetegui has been officially appointed as the new coach of the Qatar National Team and his contract will be valid until 2027,” the Qatar Football Association (QFA) said in a statement.
Lopetegui, who has previously coached teams such as Porto and Sevilla as well as the Spanish national team and Real Madrid, last worked at English representative West Ham United.
Julen Lopetegui took over from Spanish coach Luis Garcia in Qatar.
