Haaland launches Youtube channel amid insatiable run of form
Haaland, just a few days ago created his own YouTube channel and on Thursday uploaded the video “Day in the Life of a pro footballer,” which racked up over a million views in less than 24 hours.

Erling Haaland has opened a window to all the hard work and preparation that lies behind his incredible goal-scoring form. In the first video on his brand new YouTube channel, the Norwegian takes viewers inside his home and into Manchester City's training ground to show them a day in the life of a striker who has scored 24 goals already this season for club and country.

In the video, the Norwegian shares cooking tips and documents errands at a local farm, among other things. His culinary preferences, however, are certainly up for debate: coffee with maple syrup and “very fatty steaks.”
In his first video on his new YouTube channel, he shows us how he lives, trains and eats.
Here are five things we learnt:

2. He is actually a great cook
In this first video we see him prepare a breakfast of fried eggs on fresh bread, and use his cooking skills to cook a big steak on the bbq. "I've been living alone since I was 16, so I have to cook," he says.
3. Red light therapy for recovery
Haaland lives in the Cheshire countryside, an easy commute from Manchester City's training ground and stadium. He says red light therapy gives him extra vitamin D and helps his muscles recover.

4. Raw milk from a local farm
Haaland gets his milk straight from a farm. And he opts for raw milk which is completely unprocessed. He believes natural ingredients help him stay strong and healthy.
5. Post training ice baths and a garden sauna
And, on the topic of staying strong and healthy, Haaland has another routine to help his body recover. After training, Haaland takes ice baths to cool down his muscles.
