40% of the fee goes to Inter, Santos not keep on the deal

Santos would have to pay 40% of the transfer fee to Inter in the event of a sale. The Brazilian club is reportedly not very keen on the initial offer, while Galatasaray is said to be open to increasing the amount through negotiations.
