Intense interest in Ünal from the British media

The Guardian in the British press commented on Enes as follows: "West Ham lost their two-goal lead when Ünal brought Bournemouth level. Enes Ünal came off the bench to score immediately and snatch a point for Bournemouth. The Turkish striker, who came off the bench for the second time after recovering from a second cruciate ligament injury, scored nine minutes before the end of the match to prevent West Ham's first away win under Nuno Espirito Santo. The 28-year-old player was visibly emotional with joy."

The BBC reported, "In the Premier League, Bournemouth drew 2-2 with West Ham, with substitute Enes Ünal scoring in the final minutes to secure the draw. In the final moments of the match, the home side had a chance to secure victory, but the Turkish striker missed the opportunity due to a superb save by West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areola."
