Chris Paul, one of the NBA's most influential figures in recent history, has announced his decision to retire. The 40-year-old point guard nicknamed "CP3" is in his last season on the hardwood.
Chris Paul, the 40-year-old living legend who continues his NBA career with the Los Angeles Clippers, announced that he will retire at the end of the season.

"I'm grateful for this last season," said the US point guard, who shared a video of his career highlights on his X account.

12-TIME ALL-STAR
A 12-time All-Star, Chris Paul won gold medals with the USA at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympic Games.
In his 20-year NBA career, Paul has played for the Los Angeles Clippers, New Orleans Pelicans, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder, Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs.
CP3 played in the NBA finals series for the Phoenix Suns.
