The Argentine star admitted that he mostly processes his emotions internally and finds it difficult to share his problems. Recalling a period in Barcelona when he sought professional help, Messi noted that he did not continue: "I don’t communicate much; I digest everything inside. I went to therapy for a while in Barcelona, but then I stopped. I am someone who keeps everything, all my problems, to myself. I’ve changed a lot, but still..."

While he admits to enjoying social media—specifically TikTok—Messi explained that he has not yet embraced ChatGPT or Artificial Intelligence:

“I don’t use ChatGPT. In fact, I don’t use AI at all; not because I’m against it, but simply because I haven't gotten into it yet or figured out how to use it. When I have free time, I spend a lot of time on TikTok; I really enjoy it."

He added that his wife, Antonela, is quite different in this regard: "Antonela is on ChatGPT all day. She asks for recipes, cooking tips, anything that comes to mind... But I haven’t entered that world yet."

Addressing the constant media speculation, Messi expressed his frustration with false reports: "A huge portion of what is said does not align with the truth at all. There are headlines claiming I said something or something happened... when in reality, none of it took place. People talk, they say things, and you can’t debunk every single rumor."

He concluded by stating that he prefers to remain silent unless it is a serious matter: "I don’t like my name being everywhere or being mentioned in contexts outside of football."
