Wojciech Szczesny: "Being an Arsenal fan is constant suffering"

Barcelona's Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny made statements about his former club Arsenal and their situation in the Champions League.

Szczesny said that he still loves Arsenal very much and that he is a fan, “Being an Arsenal fan means constant pain, but I love this pain. I try to watch their matches and Arteta's press conferences, I am one of those crazy Arsenal fans.”

Speaking about both Barcelona and Arsenal in the Champions League semi-finals, Szczesny said: “I support them but I hope they don't win the Champions League this season.”

The 35-year-old goalkeeper has conceded 24 goals in 25 appearances for Barcelona this season, while conceding 13.
