Vitor Pereira failed to deliver! Dismissed without a win
Vitor Pereira has been sacked as manager of English Premier League team Wolverhampton.

The Yellow and Blacks, who scored only 7 goals and conceded 22 goals in this period, became one of the teams likely to be relegated from the Premier League.
HE HAD SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT
Pereira signed a new contract with the club until 2028 in September, despite Wolves making the worst league start in their history with a five-match losing streak.
Wolves have picked up just two points from their opening 10 league games and were knocked out of the Carabao Cup in the last 16 after losing 4-3 to Chelsea on Wednesday.
Pereira took over from Gary O'Neil in December 2024 and the team finished 19th in the Premier League, collecting just six points from their first 19 games.
With 10 wins from his remaining 22 league games, the Portuguese coach guided Wolves to a 16th place finish.

14 LEAGUE GAMES WITHOUT A WIN
Wolves went on a six-game winning streak in April but have now gone 14 league games without a win since then. They have lost 11 times in this run, including Saturday's defeat to Fulham and last weekend's extra-time defeat at home to Burnley.
'YOU WILL BE FIRED IN THE MORNING' CHANTS
After the Burnley game, Pereira appeared to argue with fans who chanted "you'll be sacked in the morning" during the game. He was subjected to the same chants at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
'WE ARE FIGHTING IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE'
"Two months ago they were shouting my name because of the work we did last season and we are in the Premier League, not the Championship," he said after the defeat to Burnley.
In the summer transfer window, key players Rayan Ait-Nouri and Matheus Cunha moved to Manchester City and Manchester United respectively, adding seven new players to Pereira's squad.
