Theo Maledon is the MVP of the week in EuroLeague

Real Madrid's French point guard Theo Maledon was named the most valuable player (MVP) of the 12th EuroLeague week.

According to the organization, the 24-year-old player was named the MVP of the week after scoring 25 points and 5 assists in Real Madrid's 100-99 win over Croatian team Zalgiris Kaunas.

Maledon averaged 13.4 points, 2.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists in the EuroLeague this season.
