Skriniar participated in the testimonial match of Slovak football legend and former Trabzonspor star Marek Hamsik. While signing autographs and posing for photos, he spoke to CalcioNapoli24, expressing a strong desire to play alongside fellow Slovak and Napoli midfielder Stanislav Lobotka:
“Me in Napoli? Lobotka is one of my best friends, so we’ll see… Honestly, I’d love to play with him.”
