A LEADER CARRYING THE RİVER DNA
Di Carlo comes from a family with deep ties to the club: he is the grandson of Osvaldo "Titi" Di Carlo, who served as River Plate President in 1989, and the great-grandson of Ángel Di Carlo, who was the assistant general secretary during the Antonio Liberti era. Having completed his primary and secondary education at Instituto River further demonstrates his lifelong commitment to the club. Di Carlo began his career in the club's management alongside Rodolfo D’Onofrio. Between 2018 and 2021, at just 27 years old, he served as the youngest vice-president in history. Since 2021, he has been the General Secretary under the presidency of Jorge Brito, playing an active role in the club's institutional modernization.

THREE STRATEGIC PILLARS FOR THE NEW ERA
Stefano Di Carlo's administration will focus on three core strategic pillars to strengthen River Plate's sporting, institutional, and global growth:
Football: The main sporting objective is the Copa Libertadores, while aiming to maintain the club's renowned excellence in player development and competitive success.
Infrastructure: New projects will be evaluated to further expand the Estadio Mâs Monumental, already one of the largest in South America and most modern in the world.
Global Brand Development: The goal is to solidify the club's position as a global football giant by focusing on the internationalization and expansion of the River Plate identity ("ADN River") into new markets. Di Carlo will be accompanied by a team of leaders with extensive experience in the club: Andrés Ballotta, Ignacio Villarroel, and Mariano Taratuty will take on the roles of vice-presidents, assuming key positions on River's executive board. This leadership team aims to strengthen the "River Model," which blends sporting excellence, social responsibility, and global projection, and to maintain River Plate's objective of remaining among the world's most prestigious sports institutions.
