Lamine Yamal shines again

Lamine Yamal danced through the Inter defence to score a brilliant goal and kick-start a remarkable fightback from the Catalans. They were 2-0 down but Yamal's stunning solo goal brought them back within touch, and the two sides would go on to draw 3-3 in a modern-day Champions League classic.

He brokes Kylian's record

Yamal's goal saw him make history, as he became the youngest player to ever score in a last-four tie in the competition, doing so at the age of 17 years and 291 days. Mbappe scored his goal in the semi-final in 2017, as Monaco lost 2-1 to Juventus. He was 18 years and 140 days old.

Yamal has been in remarkable form in the Champions League this season and has scored four goals, and provided four assists, in 11 games. He has scored at every stage of the competition thus far.
