Haaland's admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi: 'They are both incredible'
In an interview with TNT Brasil, Manchester City's Norwegian striker Erling Haaland gave a candid answer to the question of whether Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo inspires him.
Erling Haaland, one of the fittest strikers in the world, emphasized that Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are role models for all soccer players.

Haaland stated the following in his statement:
"I think for every soccer player on the planet, Cristiano and Lionel Messi are role models for what to do, how to play and perform at the highest level for 15 years in the best leagues. Both are inspiring."
"It's incredible that he's playing at 40"
Haaland particularly admired Cristiano Ronaldo's professionalism and physical stamina:
"Maybe Cristiano tells us a bit more about what he does. Look how he takes care of his body! It's unbelievable. He is 40 years old. It's incredible that he can still play soccer at his age. I respect him a lot for being able to do that, it's not easy."
The young star's words once again highlighted how two of the greatest legends of the football world have had a huge influence on even the best players of today.
