Galatasaray's target Diomande's release clause: €80 million
As the winter transfer window approaches, Galatasaray has also begun its preparations. While working on the transfer of Ademola Lookman, news has emerged regarding Diomande.

The Nigerian star, who plays for Atalanta, has been experiencing major problems with the Italian club since the beginning of the season. Most recently, Lookman, who had an argument with former coach Ivan Juric on the sidelines, decided to leave the team.
Like many other teams, Galatasaray has begun to show interest in signing the 28-year-old player. As Lookman is a childhood friend and national teammate of Victor Osimhen, it is expected that Galatasaray will sit down with Atalanta in the near future to discuss the transfer.
Today, the Portuguese press made a bombshell claim about Galatasaray. They claimed that the Yellow-Reds were interested in Sporting's 21-year-old defender Diomande.
However, the report stated that the young player's release clause was €80 million, that Sporting would not accept anything less than €40-60 million, and that the likelihood of this transfer was low.

The report included the following statements: "The defender, seen as one of the club's key assets, has a contract until 2027 and an 80 million euro release clause. According to our information, the club may be open to reducing this clause and considering a deal in the range of 40 to 60 million euros. However, these figures would leave the Istanbul-based team out of the running."
