The Moroccan striker put in one of the most ineffective performances of his Fenerbahçe career against Samsunspor. En Nesyri, who retained his place in the starting XI in Duran's absence, touched the ball only 17 times despite spending 90 minutes on the pitch against the Black Sea side. The 28-year-old striker met the ball once inside the penalty area and his only shot was a weak shot instead of passing to Asensio, who was wide open on the flank.
