Two matches were played in Group B of the 35th Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2025) organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Egypt defeated South Africa 1-0 with Mohamed Salah's penalty goal in the 45th minute in the match played at Adrar Stadium in Agadir. Mohamed Hany received a red card at 45+2 in Egypt.

In the other match of Group B, Angola drew 1-1 with Zimbabwe at the Marrakesh Stadium. Angola's goal came from Gelson Dala in the 24th minute, while Zimbabwe scored with Knowledge Musona in the 45+6th minute.
Egypt, who increased their points to 6 after 2 matches, qualified for the last 16 round. South Africa is in second place with 3 points, Zimbabwe is in third place with 1 point and Angola is in last place with the same number of points.
