Livakovic, who said that he had dreamed of playing in La Liga for years, told the French press Foot Mercato : "Playing in La Liga has always been a dream for me. The intensity, the atmosphere, the passion and the level of competition are things that every player wants to experience at some point."
Answering the question"Why did you leave Fenerbahce for Girona?", the experienced goalkeeper said : "I feel I'm in the best shape both physically and mentally. I have more experience now and I'm a player who always wants to improve. I'm happy to join Girona and I'm looking forward to this adventure.
