Başakşehir's jet response to Erol Bulut's 'spying' allegations!

In the 11th week of Trendyol Super League, Antalyaspor got an important win by defeating Eyüpspor 1-0 away from home. Facing the press members after the match, manager Erol Bulut made striking statements, claiming that a person within the club leaked the team's information to rival teams.

"All our information was transferred to Nuri Şahin by someone inside the club"Bulut stated that training information and analysis were transferred to technical director Nuri Şahin before last week's game against Başakşehir and to the club in purple and yellow before today's game against Eyüpspor.

Bulut said in his statement:

"We can talk more easily when we win. Unfortunately, before the Başakşehir match last week, someone inside the club transferred all our information to the rival team. He passed it to Nuri Hoca (Şahin). We followed it and unfortunately it happened before this match as well. Our tactics, how we will play on the ball, what we will do on offense, this information went to the opposition coach. This information came to us. I want to speak very harshly but it would be wrong. We need to remove people who eat the bread of the clubs and betray them from the clubs. I will especially follow this. There are some news coming in to find out who it is, there are news about who it could be. I conveyed it to our president so that such things don't happen not only in Antalyaspor but also in other teams. This is not right. These are things that do not befit football and sports. Coaches should study the opponents. You are already watching the match, analyzing it. When the details are revealed, these are characterless in my eyes. We will find this person within us and he will never set foot in these facilities again."

RESPONSE FROM BAŞAKŞEHİRBaşakşehir Football Club responded to Erol Bulut's claim. The following statements were made in the text of the statement calling for common sense:

"PUBLIC STATEMENT Following yesterday's Eyüpspor-Antalyaspor match played in the 11th week of the Trendyol Super League, we, as Istanbul Başakşehir Football Club, believe that it has become imperative to make a statement regarding the allegations that "tactical information within the club was leaked" in the statements of Antalyaspor Technical Director Mr. Erol Bulut. As Istanbul Başakşehir Football Club, we always attach the highest importance to ethical values, the spirit of fair-play and the dignity of Turkish football. Focusing solely on his own work, the development of our club and our performance on the pitch, our Technical Director Nuri Şahin and his team did not receive any information or documents regarding the opposing team prior to the aforementioned match. We find it essential for all parties to use a responsible language in order to avoid statements that may damage the reputation of Turkish football, and we hope that the public will focus on the labor and beauty of football instead of unconfirmed allegations.
