Argentina's National Judicial Authority has published Mauro Icardi's official document! Galatasaray's star is in shock: If he goes to Argentina, he may not be able to leave

The Argentine judiciary has ruled in favor of Wanda Nara on a critical issue regarding the care of Francesca and Isabella: child support (alimony). Because the Galatasaray footballer failed to make payments amounting to $600,000, he has officially been placed on the registry of delinquent child support payers.

This information was revealed by Guido Zaffora on the DDM program (América TV), where the official document published by the National Judicial Authority was shown on screen. Zaffora stated:

"There’s no turning back now. This is a very harsh judicial blow for Mauro Icardi. Especially because it was completely unexpected by his defense. This document — which we are exclusively showing on DDM right now — officially confirms that Mauro Icardi has been registered as a debtor. He is now on the delinquent parents registry."

The document, signed by Judges Gastón M. Polo Olivera and Carlos A. Carranza Casares, states: "As the defense itself has indicated, the applicant has failed to prove that the provisional child support payments — initially set by the first-instance judge and later modified by this Court — have been made. These payments correspond to the months of November and December 2024, and January and February 2025."

After the document was read in detail, host Mariana Fabbiani asked Guido Zaffora:
"What about the lien on the Casa de los Sueños (House of Dreams)? Wasn’t that supposed to guarantee that Mauro wouldn’t be considered a debtor?"

Zaffora replied: "Yes, exactly. Now we get to the money part. How much does Mauro Icardi owe? Listen carefully, because even I was shocked when I heard it today: Mauro’s debt is $600,000."

Zaffora also shared the instruction Wanda gave to her lawyers: "Wanda’s order to her lawyers today: Go after everything. I want the full amount, including interest."

He added that whether the judge ultimately sides with Wanda or Mauro will be crucial moving forward, and highlighted a critical point: "This situation could also affect Mauro’s travel between Turkey and Argentina. Wanda could request that, if Mauro comes to Argentina, he be prevented from leaving the country."

Guest lawyer César Carozza explained the legal aspect as follows: "Mauro’s debt to Wanda is not a personal debt. This money is for the children. Wanda is only signing on behalf of the girls because they are minors."

Fabbiani then asked: "So if Mauro comes to Argentina tomorrow, he won’t be able to leave the country?"Carozza answered clearly: "No, he won’t be able to leave."

Carozza continued: "Mauro doesn’t want to understand that his debts to Wanda have nothing to do with his obligations to his children. This could work against him, because Wanda can say: ‘If he’s not paying here to support his daughters, why does he want to take them there?’"
