Referring to the rumors that emerged in the summer transfer window, Alonso gave a clear answer to the speculations especially about Rodrygo.
Alonso said, "There is a lot of news in the summer transfer window. Rodrygo is good and I trust him," Alonso said, emphasizing that he believes in all the players in his team. "I trust everyone in the team and I want them to be committed to the team, to give 100%, that's the only thing that worries and occupies me right now," he added.
The 23-year-old attacker made 54 appearances in all competitions last season. The Brazilian star scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in those matches.
