Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe has accelerated his transfer activity as he prepares his side for next season. One of the names on Howe's agenda is Bayern Munich's South Korean stopper Kim Min-Jae. The 28-year-old is contracted to the German giants until 2028, but it is understood that Bayern Munich could be open to offers of €40 million or more.
Kim Min-Jae spent the 2021/22 season with Turkish Super League side Fenerbahçe. He then moved to Napoli, where he made a splash. Finally, the 28-year-old stopper joined Bayern Munich, where he has made 43 appearances and scored 3 goals this season. Kim is known for his strong defensive qualities and outstanding performance in the air.
