Monaco finalizes Ansu Fati deal

Monaco, who finished the season in 3rd place in the French Ligue 1 and qualified to compete in the Champions League next season, accelerated their transfer activities.

Monaco, who previously announced the signing of Eric Dier, has reached the final stage in another transfer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Monaco have reached an agreement to sign Barcelona youngster Ansu Fati on loan with an option to buy. Should Monaco exercise the option to buy Fati, the contract will include a share of the next sale clause.

The 22-year-old winger has played just 298 minutes in 11 games for Barcelona this season and has failed to score.
