According to The Athletic; Liverpool have stepped in for Newcastle United's Swedish star Alexander Isak and are focused on finishing the transfer.
According to the report; Liverpool representatives have not made an official offer as Newcastle United's management deem Alexander Isak 'unsellable' but they have expressed their desire to complete the transfer for around €138 million.
It is not yet clear how the Newcastle United management will respond to this approach.
