Nottingham Forest, one of the standout teams of the Premier League season, had plans to qualify for the Champions League, but their recent results in the last three weeks have left them slightly behind.
After losing to Brentford at home, Nottingham Forest drew with Crystal Palace and most recently faced Leicester City last week.
The home team fell behind 1-0 with Coady's goal, but they came back to take a 2-1 lead with goals from Gibbs-White and Chris Wood. However, they couldn't prevent Buonanotte's goal in the 81st minute, and the match ended 2-2.
In the final moments of the match, Nottingham Forest's star player, Taiwo Awoniyi, attempted to send the ball into the net at the far post but collided violently with the goalpost due to the interference of an opposing player.
After the medical team's intervention, Awoniyi tried to continue playing but soon came off the field and was substituted. Since they had already used all their substitutions, the team was forced to continue the match with 10 players.
