Here are the highlights from Sara's interview;

"Honestly, I think we had a good season in terms of the football played. Of course, I am not satisfied with the numbers I have achieved. When I played for Norwich City, I had better results and the main demands I have for myself in the new season are to score more goals and assists. I know I can do that too."

'I DON'T HAVE A SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAM'

"I don't have a specific training program. In football sometimes things don't go the way you want. Last season I had good chances but missed goals. I need to focus on that this season. Thanks to the way we played, we won two trophies, that's the most important thing for me. I am happy when we win."

'OUR FANS ARE AMAZING'

"I enjoy spending time here, the club is incredible, the fans are amazing. Last year we had a very good season, but this year I believe we will have a much better season, not only for me but for the team and the fans. I love my name, I never thought it could be like this."

"What happened in the past is in the past. We are done celebrating, now a new season is starting and our goal is to win the championship again. I think the more good players we have in the team, the better the competition and the club will be."

'I WANT TO WIN MORE TROPHIES'

"We play to win every game we play. Winning the Champions League is more difficult than winning the Super League. We will not play just to play. We will play to win the Champions League, the Super League and the Turkish Cup. Every time we go to the stadium we go out to win. I hope to win more trophies this year."

"It will be my first experience in the Champions League. Last year I played in the Play-offs, but of course that doesn't count as Champions League."

'A DREAM FROM CHILDHOOD'

"Playing only in the Super League, it can be a bit difficult to make it to the Brazilian national team. But with the opportunity to play in the Champions League, everything can change. If I play good soccer and attract attention, maybe I will get a call. It's a dream from childhood."

FENERBAHCE REVELATIONS...

"It was unbelievable. The atmosphere was crazy. Derbies in Turkey are special but the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby is very different. I can say it was the most beautiful goal I have ever scored."

PRAISE FOR OSIMHEN

"Victor Osimhen is an important part of our team. I'm sure every team in the world would love to have a guy like Victor in their squad. We are very lucky to have him. He always gives us clarity. When the game was blocked, he gave us the key with his physicality and speed and opened the game. He's a monster. He has the ability to score goals in every possible way."

'TURKEY IS MORE EMOTIONAL'

"Football in England is more tactical. It is less emotional and more rational. There are tactics and rules to follow. There is a working order built on that. In Turkey, like in Brazil, it's more emotional. The crazy fans are constantly keeping you engaged in the game. They want you to play the best soccer you can. They want you to create a lot of goals and dribbling and things like that. I think that's the biggest difference between the two countries, there's a more emotional football environment in Turkey. As far as I can see, Brazil and Turkey have the most passionate football environment in the world. You can see it in the stadiums and on the streets. You can see it in the way people look at the players. You can see how high their expectations from the players are."
