The experienced manager made the following statements in his interview:

'Roma was a great pleasure for me. I don't want to say that I made an omelette without eggs, that would be disrespectful to my players, but to win the Conference League despite all our problems, despite the financial fair-play restrictions, despite not being able to make transfers, and to reach the European final two years in a row... Underlining that he had a special experience at Roma, Mourinho said: 'I managed to unite a club that was not united, I brought back many fans who had fled. My work at Roma gave me a special experience':

Roma is one of the best jobs in my career.'
