In the first game of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League playoff final series, Fenerbahçe Beko defeated Beşiktaş Fibabanka 94-76 at home.
With this result, the yellow-navy team took a 1-0 lead in the series. The team that reaches four wins will claim the championship, and the second game of the series will be played on Thursday, June 19, at Ülker Sports and Event Hall.
Beşiktaş Fibabanka started the game effectively using the paint. Fenerbahçe Beko, scoring from the free-throw line, led 13-12 at the 5th minute. Despite Beşiktaş briefly reducing the gap to 5 points, Fenerbahçe played strongly in the final stretch of the period, heading to the locker room with a 50-34 lead.
