The Spanish press has reported that Real Madrid has decided to part ways with their legendary No.10, Luka Modrić. According to the reports, even the date of the Croatian star’s farewell to Los Blancos has been set.

The Croatian midfielder’s farewell ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Santiago Bernabéu on Saturday, May 24.
Modrić’s future had previously been the subject of speculation, with conflicting reports suggesting that incoming manager Xabi Alonso might have considered keeping the veteran playmaker in his plans.
Now 39, Modrić leaves behind an illustrious legacy at the club, having made 590 appearances and securing 28 trophies during his time with Los Blancos.
