Representing Turkey in the women's 100m freestyle S10 category, the national athlete broke the championship record and won her fourth gold medal in the tournament.
Defne Kurt, who previously won three gold medals in the 50m freestyle, 100m butterfly and 200m individual medley, became the first Turkish athlete in history with her fourth victory.
