At the French Open (Roland Garros), the second grand slam tennis tournament of the season, German Alexander Zverev reached the final for the second time in his career.
On the 13th day of the tournament in Paris, the capital of France, 2024 finalist Zverev (2) and Czech Jakub Mensik (26) met in the men's singles semifinals.

The German tennis player, who defeated his opponent 3-1 with sets of 7-5, 6-2, 3-6 and 6-3, took the final ticket for the 2nd time in the tournament and the 4th time in his grand slam career.
When Italian Matteo Arnaldi withdrew 20 minutes before the start of the other semifinal match of the day due to illness, his compatriot Flavio Cobolli (10) directly reached the final.
Zverev and Cobolli will play for their first grand slam title in Sunday's final.
