The draw for the third qualifying round of Europe's second-tier club competition took place at UEFA Headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
If Beşiktaş eliminate Danish side Midtjylland in the second qualifying round, they will face the winner of the Tromso vs. Hradec Kralove tie in the third qualifying round.
If Fenerbahçe are eliminated by Polish club Gornik Zabrze in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League, they will drop into the UEFA Europa League and face the winner of the Twente vs. Ferencváros tie in the third qualifying round.
The first legs of the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round will be played on 6 August, with the return legs scheduled for 13 August.
