"SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED"
In a statement posted on its official website, the blue-and-burgundy team announced that it had successfully fulfilled its UEFA obligations and that the risk of sanctions had been eliminated.
The statement included the following remarks:
"We have fully fulfilled all our obligations under the restructuring agreement we signed with the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) in July 2023.
With the official notification sent to our club by UEFA today, this process has been successfully completed.
Thus, our club has met all operational, financial, and sporting criteria outlined in the agreement and has eliminated all potential risks of sanctions that could have been imposed as of the 2026/2027 season."
