According to a report by the Spanish newspaper Marca, José Mourinho, who previously managed Fenerbahçe, is set to take charge of Real Madrid shortly.
The club’s management, having clarified its decision following Kylian Mbappé’s harsh comments directed at Arbeloa, concluded that Mourinho is the only candidate capable of restoring order.
Furthermore, it is believed that the Portuguese manager could make a similar comeback to that of Carlo Ancelotti, who revived his career following his spell at Everton.
Meanwhile, it has been stated that the official announcement will be made on 23 May and that the election process surrounding the Real Madrid presidency will not affect this development.
