Milot Rashica’s agent, Altin Lala, commented on the latest developments between Beşiktaş and his client. Speaking to sports reporter Arlind Sadiku, Lala said that talks regarding Rashica’s departure from Beşiktaş are ongoing. Lala noted that the Black-and-Whites made their offer to terminate the contract with only a few days left before the end of the transfer window, pointing out that the timeframe was quite short.
'IT FELL BELOW 20 PERCENT'
“The club made an offer to terminate the contract just a few days before the transfer window closed, which made it impossible to find a solution in such a short time.” Rashica’s agent also explained that the main point of disagreement between the parties was the payment to be made for the remaining portion of the contract. Lala stated that they had previously demanded that Beşiktaş cover at least 50 percent of the remaining value of the contract, but the club’s offer fell below 20 percent.
