Reports in the Italian press had suggested that the Belgian striker, who is expected to leave Napoli, was on the black-and-whites’ transfer list. However, Lukaku’s agent, Federico Pastorello, flatly denied the allegations.
'I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DISCUSSIONS'
Speaking to 365Scores, Pastorello stated, “I have never had any discussions with Beşiktaş officials regarding Romelu Lukaku.” The experienced agent emphasized that reports of transfer talks with Beşiktaş did not reflect the truth, saying, “All claims regarding any meeting or contact with Beşiktaş management are completely false. Such contact never took place.”
