Good news for Beşiktaş from UEFA! 'Restrictions have been lifted'

Beşiktaş announced that it has successfully fulfilled its obligations under the settlement agreement in accordance with the decision of the first chamber of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB).BEŞİKTAŞ HAS FULFILLED ALL ITS OBLIGATIONSIn a statement released by the Black-and-Whites, it was noted that “as a result of having fulfilled the core obligations it undertook under the Settlement Agreement (Settlement Agreement) signed between our company and UEFA on August 31, 2022; the First Chamber of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body’s (CFCB) has notified us of its decision regarding this matter on June 17, 2026 (today).

ALL RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTEDAccording to the aforementioned decision:1. Our company (Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) has fulfilled all of its obligations under the Settlement Agreement and has successfully completed the process.2. All operational, financial, and sporting restrictions that have been in effect to date under the Settlement Agreement have been fully lifted as of the 2026/27 season."This decision demonstrates that our company’s efforts in the areas of financial discipline and sustainability have been positively received by UEFA and marks an important milestone in strengthening Beşiktaş’s corporate structure," the statement said.
