Crisis in Panathinaikos! Valencia wins the 4th ticket to the EuroLeague Final-Four
After being eliminated by Valencia in the EuroLeague playoff series, Panathinaikos, led by Ergin Ataman, is out of the Final-Four to be played at home in OAKA. The Greek giants won the first two games in Spain to take a 2-0 lead in the series. Valencia won the 5th game played in Spain 81-64.

Valencia and Panathinaikos faced each other in the 5th game of the EuroLeague playoff series. The Spanish team won 81-64 at home and became the 4th team to qualify for the Final-Four.

Panathinaikos, led by Ergin Ataman, won the first game of the series in Spain and lost the next 2 games at home. In the 5th and last game, Valencia won again and Panathinaikos could not take part in the Final Four at home.

Ergin Ataman said the following after the Valencia defeat:
"First of all, congratulations to Valencia. They are having an incredible season, they came back from 2-0 to win the series. We didn't play well today, I don't know why, maybe we were stressed after the two games we lost in Athens, but Valencia showed great character, they played great defense.
Offensively we were horrible in the first half, in the second half we tried to come back with Toliopoulos but we missed some easy shots, we gave Valencia a chance to break the game."

FINAL-FOUR IN ATHENS
Athens will host the EuroLeague Final-Four for the 2025-26 season from May 22-24. The games will be played at OAKA, the home of Panathinaikos. The pairings are as follows:
