Beşiktaş’s new signing, Salih Özcan, said he can’t wait to take the field in the black-and-white jersey. He really has great energy. He takes us onto the field and shows us the pitch. I’m sure he’d love to train with us himself. He has such great energy. Training camp is intense, but that intensity is important here. It makes our job on the field a little easier. It’s also been good preparation for the Europa League match. The first game is at home. We’ll most likely win that match,” he said.
When asked about the black-and-white fans’ expectations for a championship, Salih Özcan replied, “Beşiktaş is a great club; it deserves to be champions. God willing, we’ll win the championship this year.”
