Barcelona extends Hansi Flick's contract

Barcelona have announced the extension of German coach Hansi Flick's contract until 2028.

The 61-year-old coach, who won his second consecutive LaLiga title, signed a contract extending his contract, which expires in the summer of 2027, until June 2028.Flick, who took over from Xavi in 2024, won 5 trophies with Barcelona.At a press conference last week, the experienced coach said, "I realized I was in the right place. Everyone dreams of the Champions League. We have tried and we will continue to try. I am grateful for the trust placed in me to continue in the post."
