A HALFTIME SHOW WAS HELD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY
For the first time ever, a halftime show was held during a World Cup final. The show, staged on a special platform set up on the field, was opened by world-famous artist Madonna. Brazilian football legends Ronaldinho and Ronaldo Nazario also joined Madonna on stage. The performance drew great interest from the fans in the stands.

Following Madonna, Justin Bieber, BTS, and Shakira also took the stage and delivered performances. Dance shows were also presented to the audience as part of the major event.
HALFTIME LASTED 28 MINUTES
According to FIFA regulations, halftime should normally not exceed 15 minutes. However, due to the special performances, the break lasted approximately 28 minutes. As a result, the 2026 FIFA World Cup final became the first final in tournament history to feature a halftime show.
